Falcona Media Limited  operates the website www.matakanaapp.co.nz and the Matakana App.

Your privacy is important to us, so we have developed and implemented this Privacy Policy that governs how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information. By using the Matakana App and you consent to or use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time).

This Privacy Policy forms part of the Urents Terms and Conditions ( Matakana App Terms). Capitalised terms used in this Privacy Policy that are not otherwise defined have the meaning given to those terms in the  Matakana App Terms.

• gathered from Facebook, Google and other websites you link to your Registered   User account;

• This information may include your name, date of birth, address, contact number(s), email address(es) and credit history.

• when you contact us for information about us or the Matakana App Service;
• when you request to receive communications or other information from us; or
• indirectly through your use of Matakana App and the functionality offered through it.

• to reply to your queries and provide information about us, www.Matakanaapp.com and the Matakana App Service;
• to provide support in respect of the Matakana App Service;
• to provide you with promotional offers and update you on new, services and benefits;

• The app may request access to files and media on your device in order to provide photo viewing of images in the app when clicked. When clicking on an image in the app a temporary file is created on your device and a request for access may be activated. Allowing access will enable the manipulation of images within the app for a better viewing experience and for no other purpose.

10. Where can you view changes to this Privacy Policy?

• We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes we make to the Privacy Policy will be posted on https://matakanaapp.com/and, if we consider it appropriate, notified to you by other means.
